Strata living requires living in harmony with your neighbours, while sharing common space and rules.

All strata complexes are subject to the Strata Act. This a very interpretive document, therefore, simpler, more practical documents are availble in the "Schedule of Standard Bylaws" and "Redmill Rules and Regulations"

As is the case with most stratas, Redmill has amended the "Schedule of Standard Bylaws" in 2001 to arrive at a set of bylaws specific to the Redmill complex.

During the year, council may develop rules and regulations, which are valid until the following AGM. At this time, the owners vote to adopt any Rules and Regulations before they becomes official. The following shows the Redmill Rules and Regulations that were voted and accepted by the owners in 2001.
