The Redmill clubhouse can be rented by Redmill owners.
Costs
The cost for renting the clubhouse is as follows:

Rental Procedure
The clubhouse can be rented by contacting Krista Berry in Unit#40. Her phone number can be obtained from the Strata manager or through a council member.

The following is an excerpt from the Redmill Rules and Regulation (adopted 2002)
The Clubhouse may be booked for private functions by contacting the Council member in charge of the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse non-refundable fees are as follows:
For a function with under 25 people, the Clubhouse fee would be $25.
For any function with over 25 people, the Clubhouse fee would be $50.
For any function, including weddings, with over 50 people, the Clubhouse fee would be $100.
Also a $100 refundable deposit is required from each Owner who books the Clubhouse for a private function along with every rental.
Owners are responsible for cleaning the Clubhouse amenity room and/or the guest suite after each use. If the clubhouse amenity room or guest suite it is not cleaned after each booking, the cost of cleaning will be deducted from the Owners $100 deposit.
The Clubhouse is a no smoking facility. If you have any guests who smoke, please ask them to do so outside the front door.
Owners who hold special functions, such as weddings or anniversary parties are asked to refrain from throwing confetti (either paper or metallic).
Residents 16 years or age or under are not permitted in the Clubhouse unless an adult Owners is in attendance. |
